Get answers to common questions about Women's Full Arm.

Most clients enjoy smooth, stubble-free arms for three to six weeks. Individual hair growth, hormonal factors, and aftercare affect longevity. Regular exfoliation and moisturizing can extend results and reduce ingrown hairs. Schedule touch-ups as needed per your personal growth cycle.

Some mild discomfort is normal, especially on first appointments, but our estheticians use soothing techniques, high-quality wax, and proper skin tension to minimize pain. Applying numbing cream beforehand is optional; calming post-care reduces sensitivity and irritation.

Ensure hair is about a quarter-inch long for optimal waxing. Gently exfoliate one to two days before, avoid heavy creams or self-tanners on the day, and disclose recent sun exposure or retinoid use. Clean, dry skin yields the best results.

Topical prescriptions and retinoids can increase skin sensitivity and risk of irritation. Consult your prescribing clinician and inform our esthetician before your appointment. We may recommend pausing retinoids one to two weeks prior, or schedule treatment once skin has recovered.

Keep skin clean and moisturized; avoid hot showers, saunas, intense workouts, and direct sun for 24 to 48 hours to reduce irritation. Begin gentle exfoliation after 48 hours to prevent ingrown hairs, and use a soothing lotion or aloe to calm the skin.

Most clients return every three to six weeks, depending on individual hair growth and desired smoothness. With regular waxing, hairs often grow back finer and sparser. We’ll help create a personalized schedule based on your regrowth pattern and lifestyle.
