Most clients report mild discomfort rather than pain. We apply topical numbing for comfort and work slowly. Sensitivity varies, but procedures are generally well tolerated.

Avoid retinol, exfoliants, blood thinners, alcohol, and caffeine 48–72 hours prior. Arrive with clean eyes and no mascara. Inform us of medications, pregnancy, or recent procedures during consultation.

Keep the area dry and clean for the first week, avoid eye makeup, swimming, and saunas. Apply recommended healing ointment and follow follow-up schedule for optimal pigment retention.

Avoid eye makeup for at least seven to ten days to prevent infection and pigment disruption. After healing, gentle cosmetics can be used; avoid rubbing or waterproof formulas initially.

Ideal candidates want subtle, long-lasting eye definition. Not recommended for active eye infections, recent eye surgery, pregnancy, or certain skin conditions. A consultation and patch test determine suitability.
