When applied and maintained by trained technicians using proper adhesive and weight limits, Extended Fills should not harm natural lashes. Follow aftercare, allow adequate breaks between full sets, and address sensitivity promptly to protect lash health long-term.
If lashes were fully removed, wait at least 48–72 hours to allow skin and follicles to settle before an Extended Fill. For partial retention under 50%, schedule as soon as you’re comfortable — the artist will evaluate lash integrity first.
