Courtney was an absolute delight and is AMAZING at what she does. So happy with my lashes!!

My first time at Elva and my first time getting LED lashes (I have had traditional lashes before) my appointment was for classics and took 2 hrs. I was given a Groupon for it and was a little excited about it to be honest. So I booked my appointment and it wasn’t until after my appointment was booked that I was advised that my appointment would be with a JR aesthetician because I was using a Groupon. I asked how many set of lashes she had done and was told “she’s good” and that if I wanted an experienced aesthetician I would have pay full price - this should have been the first sign to go elsewhere- I asked how long she’s been doing lashes and was told 4 months and that she only offers classics. I decided to proceed with my appointment as I am a mom and understand that people need to do the job to get better at it. My appointment was for LED classic lashes. There was nothing out on my upper lid to protect it from the UV. A few of my upper and lower lashes got glued together and has to be fixed which was a little uncomfortable. My lashes feel gross, thick and crunchy like there’s too much glue. And she put her tools in the pillow right next to ear so I had metal clanging together in my ear the whole time. And Left eye is classics and the right eye well isn’t - I’m not sure what it is, but what I am sure of is that my eyes don’t match. And the young lady that did my lashes was vaping while doing them. There were 3 young women working, no manager/supervisor or senior staff anywhere. One of the young women decided to clean while I was getting my lashes done and that wouldn’t have been an issue except she was using cleaning products with a pretty noticeable smell that made me nauseous and gave me a headache. I have called and spoken to the young lady that did my lashes and she booked me in with management on Tuesday (it’s Saturday!) to fix the situation cause that’s the only day management is in. It has been about an hour since my appointment and my eyes are still watering and slightly irritated - hopefully this will subside.

I am hoping management will be able to help. I am not happy and would not go back and would not recommend anyone to get lashes done here....more
